Tourist discounts, card offers and mall rebates are commercial benefits, not government tax refunds. Check participating brands, validity dates and stacking conditions separately.
No VAT does not mean every product is free of all duties. Dutiable goods such as alcohol have separate rules, and your home country may charge import taxes.
