Practical tips
- Foreign-passport visitors within six months of entry collect a coupon; minimum JPY3,000 including tax. Food, sales, luxury boutiques, gift certificates and service charges are excluded. No combining with another5% coupon.
- From November1,2026 the published fee is up to2.3% of the tax-exclusive purchase, not an exact universal fee.
- No universal cash rebate has been verified. Visitor discounts, tax refunds and cash rebates are separate; an unknown rebate is not a confirmed 0% or a promise.
- Unknown handling fees are estimated as zero with a warning in comparisons, not confirmed fee-free service. Guide offers do not establish eligibility for every brand or product.
