Pay the tax-inclusive price and bring passport, goods, receipts and payment instrument to the designated counter on purchase day. Minimum eligible pre-tax spend is JPY5,000 per store/day.
Purchases from 1 November 2026 use the refund method. Export within 90 days and obtain customs confirmation before checking luggage; the registered method then receives the refund less applicable fees.
From 1 April 2026 to 31 March 2027, show the official JCB barcode and pay with JCB for 5% off eligible purchases. Sale goods, most food, dining and designated brands such as Louis Vuitton are excluded.
Usual hours are 11:00–20:00, closing 19:30 on Sundays or the last day of consecutive holidays; recheck before travel.
