Obtain export confirmation before refundPurchases from 1 November 2026 use the refund method. Export within 90 days and obtain customs confirmation before checking luggage; the registered method then receives the refund less applicable fees.

- Since 1 November 2026, Global Blue refunds follow customs export confirmation. Register a refund card or Alipay/WeChat in person at the counter on the purchase date; no immediate store refund. The updated official page confirms a fee without a numeric tariff, so the old 1.55% must not be assumed current.
- The official Seibu Ikebukuro and Sogo Yokohama visitor pages offer a 5%-off QR coupon. Present the coupon and your own passport before paying. Some goods are excluded; a directory listing does not prove discount participation. Confirm the exact item at the counter; stacking with other offers is unverified.
- No universal cash rebate has been verified. Visitor discounts, tax refunds and cash rebates are separate; an unknown rebate is not a confirmed 0% or a promise.
