Pay the tax-inclusive price and bring passport, goods, receipts and payment instrument to the designated counter on purchase day. Minimum eligible pre-tax spend is JPY5,000 per store/day.
Purchases from 1 November 2026 use the refund method. Export within 90 days and obtain customs confirmation before checking luggage; the registered method then receives the refund less applicable fees.
Shops usually operate 10:00–21:00 and restaurants 11:00–23:00, with exceptions.
Participating Tokyu+Q BEAUTY/+Q GOODS counters offer a visitor 5%-off coupon, excluding CHANEL and cafés. The relevant Tokyu tax-free counter is on 3F,10:00–20:45.
