Obtain export confirmation before refundPurchases from 1 November 2026 use the refund method. Export within 90 days and obtain customs confirmation before checking luggage; the registered method then receives the refund less applicable fees.

Practical tips
- Passport and tax-free eligibility required; minimum JPY3,000 before tax. Luxury brands, watches and jewelry excluded. This card excludes JR Nagoya Takashimaya and adjacent shopping centers.
- The fee is23% of the consumption-tax refund, reduced to21% for pretax totals of JPY1million or more; card/FX fees may also apply. This is not23% of the purchase total.
- No universal cash rebate has been verified. Visitor discounts, tax refunds and cash rebates are separate; an unknown rebate is not a confirmed 0% or a promise.
