Pay the tax-inclusive price and bring passport, goods, receipts and payment instrument to the designated counter on purchase day. Minimum eligible pre-tax spend is JPY5,000 per store/day.
Purchases from 1 November 2026 use the refund method. Export within 90 days and obtain customs confirmation before checking luggage; the registered method then receives the refund less applicable fees.
General hours 10:00–20:00; tenant hours vary.
Coupon collection at 1F beauty registers or 10F. Refund registration is on 10F 10:00–19:00, then at 1F beauty registers 19:00–20:00.
