Pay the tax-inclusive price and bring passport, goods, receipts and payment instrument to the designated counter on purchase day. Minimum eligible pre-tax spend is JPY5,000 per store/day.
Purchases from 1 November 2026 use the refund method. Export within 90 days and obtain customs confirmation before checking luggage; the registered method then receives the refund less applicable fees.
Tax registration is at B1, generally 11:00–20:50 and until 19:50 on Sundays/holidays; some tenants handle their own procedure.
B3 has refrigerated coin lockers. Consider collecting perishables after the main shopping.
